TWISTED & CRUNCHY BREADSTICSKS
Rubatà are typical breadsticks of Piedmont cuisine.
Their name comes from the local dialect and means “fallen” due to the special technique anciently used when twisting them.
Back in the days, the baker, once the breadsticks were stretched, rolled them up by hand and dropped (“rubatè”) them with gentle energy on the stretching table, creating a unique and crunchy speciality. Extra Virgin Olive oil. Palm Oil Free. No Preservatives.
