Since 2004, Our Company was based in Biella. Our three laboratories, specialised in the production of bread, breadsticks, biscuits & chocolate, produce over 2000 tons of product every year.
At the factory there is also our 250sqm Outlet open to the public from Monday to Sunday while in Castelletto Ticino (No), Saronno and Verbania, we have opened our new Concept store “Caffè Brusa”.
Brusa brand products reach the consumer through the many customers of the organized distribution and the traditional retail networks, in Italy and abroad. The Company has also a strong presence with the Food service channel and offers the opportunity to buy online through its e-commerce platform.
Exports is expanding, the company currently exports its products to Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas ad has the most important food certifications including IFS (International Food standard).
