Founded in the province of Biella as a bakery, Brusa has evolved over the years to become a successful company in Italy and abroad. Specialised in the production of biscuits and bakery products, lovingly produced in line with the most ancient Piedmontese traditions, today it is still a family business with its roots deeply planted in the local culture and tradition.

The Piedmontese tradition gives us the Canestrej Bieleis (Canestrello di Biella, in Italian) the local biscuit par excellence and a Traditional Piedmontese Agrofood Product (PAT), the slow-leavened Artisan Breadstick and the hand-rolled variety, available in a wide range of tasty flavours.
